Pretend To Bee... a dinosaur! Review & Giveaway

 Pretend To Bee...
Oliver like any other 5 year old loves to dress up and Pretend To Bee something different, a superhero, a doctor, a chef or a pirate to name a few. Oliver also loves dinosaurs so to be able to put the two things together sounds great doesn't it?

I've honestly never seen a dinosaur costume before so I was delighted to be given the chance to review one with Oliver and straight away picked the blue Triceratops because I knew that is his favourite dinosaur. It's the one thing that hasn't changed actually since he was about 3 years old. I decided to leave the package for Oliver to open because then I'll get his true reaction to it when he first see's what it is. What did he say? 'I always wanted a dinosaur costume!' - honestly that was the first thing he said, I was so happy. I bet Christmas presents won't get a reaction as good as this got.

Ok, Ok rewind, let me tell you a little bit about Pretend To Bee.. it's a family run business, selling a big range of items including children's dressing up costumes, fashion, toys, gifts and accessories for children age 6 months to 9 years. All of their products carry the CE Mark, so they are toy safe.

I love their range of dressing up costumes for little ones ranging from dinosaurs to Christmas costumes and roleplay or fairies - there is something to suit every child. They've been around since 2005, how have I only just heard of them now? and with returning costumers you know that they're a company you can really trust! I'm impressed at the quality of the costume we received. If your little one likes to dress up then you must check them out, they are actually award winning company gaining recognition through Practical Pre-School Awards and having their costumes even appear on itv's this morning.
So in the Dinosaur range there is a blue triceratops, a red dragon and a green t-rex, all of which are actually onesies so not only look great but Oliver says actually it's very comfortable. I personally think that the dinosaur range is great for boys and girls, why do dinosaurs need to be just for boys? If Isabelle wants to dress as a dinosaur when she's older then I will encourage it, it's fun to Pretend To Bee anything you want to be.

I was so impressed at how realistic the dinosaur onesie actually looks - now I'm not saying it looks like I've scary real dinosaur in my living room I'd of grabbed the kids and run away if I had but it does look so much like a dinosaur, when Oliver had his head down it actually looked as if I had a giant stuffed soft toy next to me which was really funny and Oliver couldn't figure out why I was giggling. "silly mummy, it's only me.. it's Oliver!"

Isabelle thought Oliver looked fab in his triceratops costume, now she cries when she see's a singing santa claus in a local garden centre so I assumed she would be frightened but actually she was giggling too. It was pretty funny to see him crawling around looking like a dinosaur.

The quality of the item is great, it's something your little one can actually wear for a long period of time and be comfortable unlike some dressing up costumes you get that they just want to take off after 2 minutes. It's made from 100% polyester and is hand wash with line dry. What's fantasitc is that all the costumes Pretend To Bee sell are Toy Safe and carry the CE mark so truly a brand you can trust. Remember they have costumes available for both girls and boys from 6 months to 9 years!

These would make great Christmas presents - there you go, I've said the C word :) Christmas is coming, really really soon! So if you're stuck for ideas on presents for little people you know then why not have a little look at Pretend To Bee?

Also I'm really excited to tell you that I'm able to hold a giveaway for one lucky reader to win their very own Dinosaur onesie from Pretend To Bee.
